Shops
You can buy various resources in shops: from Soul Stones to item fragments. Learn more about what shops exist in the game, what currencies they use, and where to find them.
Town Shop becomes available once you complete the tutorial. You can find it by tapping Merchant on the main game screen.
Town Shop updates at 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 9:00 PM your local time.
There, you can use gold or emeralds to buy EXP Potions (their type and number depend on your team level), Bottled Energy, Dorian's Soul Stones, and various items of green, blue, and purple rarity.
Theater becomes available once you complete the tutorial. You can find it by tapping Merchant on the main game screen.
This shop cannot be refreshed, and goods are always the same.
At Theater, you can watch short promotional videos to get Tickets. You can spend Tickets to buy energy, Raid Tickets, emeralds, and gold. Every day, you can earn up to eight Tickets.
VIP Shop becomes available at team level 11. You can find it by tapping Merchant on the main game screen.
All goods at VIP Shop are updated every 24 hours at 9:00 PM your local time. You cannot refresh this Shop.
The first three items unlock at VIP 1. The higher your VIP level, the more items unlock for purchase.
Arena Shop becomes available at team level 10. You can access it by tapping Merchant in the Arena menu:
You can also select the Arena Shop tab when you open any other Shop.
New goods appear every 24 hours at 9 PM your local time. Also, you can refresh the Shop using emeralds.
Here, you can spend Arena Coins to purchase hero equipment of blue and purple rarity and Soul Stones of Judge, Dark Star, Chabba, and Astrid and Lucas.
Tower Shop becomes available when the Tower unlocks at team level 15. You can access it by tapping the Shop tab in the bottom right corner of the Tower:
You can also select the Tower Shop tab when you open any other Shop.
Here, you can spend Tower Coins to purchase hero equipment of blue and purple rarity, gold, and Soul Stones of Kai, Orion, Dante, and Maya.
New goods appear every 24 hours at 9 PM your local time. Also, you can refresh the Shop using emeralds.
Highwaymen Shop becomes available at team level 18. You can find it by tapping the Shop tab in the upper-left corner of the Highwaymen screen:
You can also select the Highwaymen Shop tab when you open any other Shop.
Here, you can spend Highwaymen Coins to purchase hero equipment of blue and purple rarity and Soul Stones of Faceless, Cornelius, Satori, and Lilith.
New goods appear every 24 hours at 9 PM your local time. Also, you can refresh the Shop using emeralds.
Outland Shop becomes available at team level 25. You can find it by tapping the Shop tab in the upper-left corner of the Outland screen:
You can also select the Outland Shop tab when you open Merchant on the main game screen.
Here, you can spend Outland Coins to purchase Skin Shop Certificates, Skin Stone Chests, hero equipment, and Soul Stones of Luther, Jorgen, Elmir, and Qing Mao.
All goods are updated every 24 hours at 9:00 PM your local time. Also, you can refresh the Outland Shop using emeralds.
Dungeon Shop unlocks at team level 30. You can find it by tapping the Shop tab in the bottom-right corner of the Dungeon screen:
You can also select the Dungeon Shop tab when you open Merchant on the main game screen.
Here, you can spend Dungeon Coins to purchase Titan Skin Stones, Fairy Dust, Titan Potions, and Soul Stones of Corvus and Alvanor.
All goods are updated every 24 hours at 9:00 PM your local time. Also, you can refresh the Dungeon Shop using emeralds.
Grand Arena Shop becomes available at team level 50. You can access it by tapping Shop in the Grand Arena menu:
You can also select the Grand Arena Shop tab when you open any other Shop.
Here, you can spend Grand Arena Coins to purchase hero equipment of blue and purple rarity, orange recipes fragments, Rune Stones, and Soul Stones of Lian, Markus, Ishmael, and Rufus.
New goods appear every 24 hours at 9 PM your local time. Also, you can refresh the Shop using emeralds.
Soul Stones Shop becomes available once you evolve at least one of your heroes to the absolute star. You can access it by tapping Merchant on the main game screen:
Here you can spend Soul Coins to purchase Artifact Chest Keys, Summoning Spheres, Huge EXP Potions, hero equipment of purple and orange rarity, and Jet's Soul Stones.
New goods appear every 24 hours at 9 PM your local time. Also, you can refresh the Shop using emeralds.
Note
Soul Stones Shop is the only place where you can get Jet.
Guild War Shop becomes available at team level 30. You can access it by tapping the Shop tab in the bottom-left corner of the Guild War screen:
You can also select the Guild War Shop tab when you open any other Shop.
Here, you can spend Guild War Trophies to purchase unique Champion's skins, Titan Potions, Chests of different rarity, gold, and Soul Stones of Jhu, Ziri, Nebula, and K'arkh.
This shop cannot be refreshed, and the goods are always the same.

Guild Championship Shop becomes available at team level 30. You can access it by tapping Shop on the Global Championship main screen:
You can also select the Guild Championship Shop tab when you open any other Shop.
Here, you can exchange Global Championship trophies for Guild War trophies. Also, here, you can purchase Boosters, unique avatars, and avatar frames.
This shop cannot be refreshed, and goods are always the same.
Hero's Way Shop becomes available once you complete the tutorial. You can access it by tapping the Shop tab in the upper-right corner of the Hero's Way screen:
You can also select the Hero's Way Shop tab when you open any other Shop.
Here, you can spend Hero's Way Coins to purchase Champion's Coffers, gold, Skin Stone Chests, Heroic Nesting Dolls, hero equipment of different rarity, and Soul Stones of Tristan, Peppy, and Xe'Sha.
Another currency is Hero's Way Certificates. You can spend them to purchase large Skin Stone Chests, Golden Horn Boxes, and Matter Transfigurators.
Artifact Merchant sells hero artifact fragments. To open this Shop, tap Merchant at the bottom of the Airship page:
Alternatively, you can open the Shop by selecting the desired artifact and pressing Find next to Merchant.
Here, you can spend 400 Artifacts Coins to purchase any necessary artifact fragment.
Note
Unlike Artifact Weapons, books and rings are not unique artifacts. For example, Defender's Covenant is not exclusively Astaroth's artifact. You can use it to upgrade Cleaver and many other heroes.
Hydra Shop becomes available once you unlock Elemental Cradle at team level 35. You can access the Shop by tapping Merchant in the Elemental Cradle menu:
You can also select the Hydra Shop tab when you open any other Shop.
At Hydra Shop, you can purchase Yasmine and Morrigan Soul Stones, Elemental Spheres, chests with hero artifact resources, Artifact Coins, Sparks of Power, Chaos Cores, and gold. Items in the shop do not change.
The goods reappear every 24 hours at 9 PM your local time. Also, you can refresh the Shop using emeralds.
You can also get Hydra Coins by exchanging extra titan artifact fragments in your Inventory. Exchange rate: 1 fragment = 2 Hydra Coins.
Titan Soul Shop becomes available once you evolve at least one of your titans to the Absolute Star. You can access it by tapping Merchant on the Guild's main screen:
Here, you can spend Titan Soul Coins to purchase Sparks of Power, gold, and Titan Potions. You can also exchange Titan Potions for a Golden Horn of Summoning here. This shop cannot be refreshed, there is no update time, and goods are always available and the same. So you can buy as many items as you want.
You get Titan Soul Coins by exchanging Soul Stones of absolute evolution titans. The exchange rate is 10 Titan Soul Coins for one Titan/Supertitan Soul Stone. Once you open the shop, you will be offered to trade the excessive Soul Stones.

The Rarity Fair is available to players with VIP level 1 and higher. Here, you can promote a hero to the next rank by buying all the necessary gear items with emeralds.
The Rarity Fair appears after you spend energy on Campaign missions and remains available for two hours. If you do not use the offer within this time, the Rarity Fair merchant will leave and can reappear only the next day. But if you purchase an upgrade, the merchant will appear again the same day once you spend more energy.
The entrance to the Rarity Fair is in the bottom-right corner of the main screen. Sometimes, you need to scroll down the offers to find it:
Up to VIP level 9, you can promote only one hero offered at the Rarity Fair.
When you reach VIP level 9, you can choose to promote one hero out of several offered.
If the hero you want to upgrade does not appear in the promotion list, it means that this hero does not meet the criteria of the Rarity Fair:

This hero's rank is too low. The Rarity Fair does not provide green and white gear items.

Hero's current level is not high enough to equip all the necessary gear items. You need to level up the hero. After that, you will be able to promote them at the Rarity Fair. You can check the required level in the item creation menu.
Note
If you do not have heroes under these criteria, Rarity Fair will not appear at all.
